Synopsis

A Frog He Would A-Wooing Go is a picture book written in the form folk song by British author Randolph Caldecott, who has written and illustrated books such as Mrs. Mary Blaze, The Great Panjandrum Himself, and The House that Jack Built.

This picture book contains the story of a frog, rat and mouse. While a hungry cat eats rat and mouse, the frog is eaten by a duck. All this death happened, when they did not listen to the mother. Young readers are taught a moral of listening to the elders; else they will have to face the hurdles and sorrows.
