Synopsis

Daddy-Long-Legs is a novel for teen girls written by coming of age fiction novelist Jean Webster whose protagonists would be teen women in most of her works. A man hiding his identity sponsoring Jerusha Abbott, a little girl who was struggling to meet her educational expenses in an orphan asylum. She was rejoiced to know about her sponsor and though it would be a personal bond, however the anonymity of her sponsor is worrying her. As asked by the man, she is writing letters to him about everything around her and about her education. Will she ever meet her sponsor?.
