Synopsis

The Curry Cook's' Assistant is written by Daniel Santiagoe, a Butler whose native language is not English. Western world think eating curries is going heat up their body. While it is a fact that, curry eating heats up the body, it can also contribute to health and longevity. Occasional curries help in much needed stimulation of liver and other digestive organs without consequences.

Many recipes found in this book might be based on the flavors of south Asia especially from India and its neighboring country Sri Lanka. The author thinks that best cooks in the world are from Madras and Ceylon. While this book should be treated as an expertise work, not a literary work as it is written by a person to whom English is a foreign language.
