Synopsis

“The Isle of Man”, is a travel memoir written by Joseph E. Morris who has written many travel memoirs including The Channel Islands, The Lake of Lucerne, The Lake of Geneva, and Beautiful Europe: Belgium.  The Isle of Man popularly known as Mann is located in the Irish Sea, which was inhabited by humans since 6500 B.C.  This book has been divided as five chapters starting with the overall picture of the Island titled as “The Island as a Whole”.  Most important historical places and tourist attractions has been well explored by the author with original photographs. Some of the historical places which has been included in the visit of the author including Maughold Church, Ayre, Ramsey Bay, Sulby Glen And Snaefell, Glen Maye, The Calf Of Man, Port St. Mary, Castletown And Castle Rushen, And Peel Harbour And Castle.
