Synopsis

The Story of the Three Little Pigs is a Picture Book for children written and illustrated by the British illustrator Leonard Leslie Brooke, remembered for his witty illustrations and author of Johnny Crow's Garden, Ring O' Roses, and Johnny Crow's Party.

A Poor and old sow sends out her three little Pigs to make their own fortune. The first one builds a house with bundle of straw. The second one builds a house with furze. The third Pig builds a house with bricks. The houses of the elder pigs were invaded by a cunning wolf which ultimately eats the pigs.

However the Wolf could not enter the third Pig’s house, as it was built by bricks. The wolf trying to tricks the Pig to come out of the house. However the proactive Pig’s action annoys the wolf. Out of frustration the Wolf goes to the terrace and trying to enter the house, only to regret later by falling down to the cooking pot and become the supper for the Pig.
